小朋友，你覺得在the deep dark woods 裡面會有什麼東西等著你呢?來看看喔!

這次要來獨有點小恐怖的書喔! A Fright in the Night!

這次語言家要跟大家分享的英文書叫做The Magic Ring.  Magic是魔法的意思，ring是戒指的意思，magic ring可以做些什麼呢?我們來讀讀看喔!

What does "black sheep" mean?  It means someone who is causing trouble in the group, family, class, and etc.

The examples are:

• Karen, the black sheep of the family, always causes trouble when we go out.
• Owen who was always the black sheep in the family, turned out to be the most successful person when he grew up.

Now, can you make some sentences using "black sheep" and the picutre on the die?  ^_^

This game is developed based on Montessori style of learning.  It comes with three sets of materials:

1. A magnetic game board with Montessori grammer symbols.
2. Printed cards with the grammer symbols on the background and the vocabulary words on the foreground.
3. A decagonal die

這個教具是以蒙特梭利理念為基礎而創造出來的。內容有3組教材:

1. 有磁性的蒙式語言教學之文法符號的遊戲版
2. 印有單字在前而文法符號為背景的字卡
3. 10面骰子

語言家閱讀時間: Grizzly Bear Rock

Grizzly Bear can do so many things! What about you!?  Grizzly  Bear 可以做好多事喔!小朋友，那你呢?^^

Over the hump 是指度過最困難時期，已度過一半時間。那為什麼星期三是Over the hump day呢?一般來說，工作天或是上課天是星期一到星期五，星期三剛好是過了一半的時間，因為如此，大家統稱星期三是Over the hump day。大家普遍在這天都會很高興，因為在過兩天就是weekend囉!



Example:
This project wasn't easy but we are over the hump now. 這個計畫不容易，但我們度過了困難的階段!
Cheer up, today is over the hump day! 高興點，今天是星期三囉!

Advice: 忠告
Advice is a noun. It means an opinion that someone tells you about what you should do and/or how you should act in some situations. (Advice是名詞， 意指某人告訴你在一些情況下， 你應該怎麼做或是你應該如何反應的一個意見。)
For example: "Susan needs Anna to give her some advice on traveling to Peru." (例： 蘇珊需要安娜給他一些到祕魯旅行的忠告。)

Advise: 建議
Advise is a verb. It means to give information and suggest types of action. (Advise是動詞， 意指給予資訊和建議行動的類型。)
For example: "Anna will advise Susan on things she should know when traveling to Peru." (例： 安娜將會建議蘇珊她到祕魯旅行應該知道的事。)
